Extended Stay America Select Suites - Dallas - Farmers Branch

We stayed for a family trip we took to Dallas and I was very pleased with everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Any time we requested extra towels or anything they brought it to the room fast and without giving us a hard time. The hotel was also very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend staying here!

If you need a place to lay your head & take a shower it’s fine, but extra linens for couch bed weren’t available, hair dryer didn’t work, pool pump wasn’t working, whole first floor was full of weed smokers, treadmill didn’t work, tiny elevator, &&&& nobody could find a room from our team but I could see several vacant rooms available even after asking if there were any extra rooms. Oh & the side door where we parked wouldn’t open even with our key card. But overall if you need to sleep and wash it’s fine

Young lady named Amaka was phenomenal and went out of her way to ensure my trip was pleasant and comfortable! Over the top customer service! I highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff! I will definitely stay here again in the future!!!!!!!!

Had An amazing stay. Everything was fresh Room was fresh staff was friendly the commute was time friendly. The air in the Room was amazing the water was my kind of temperature hot. Be back soon. Thanks for everything

Been here for a long time. Haven't had a single issue. The ladies have been awesome. Tina is one of my favorites. I've stay in several ESA I'm several states. This has been one of my nest experiences.

The hotel was great The staff was sweet and very helpful. My room was clean And fresh had a great time everybody was very friendly and happy to work . I will definitely be staying here my next trip to dallas

The staff is very friendly, courteous & helpful. The cleaning staff is the same. It is always a pleasure to see them. The staff doesn't just say hello or good morning, they actually have conversations with you. We talk about the weather, the news, etc. The common area is very clean as well as the laundry room. After staying here, I would not stay anywhere else.

Room was nice. The kitchen had everything you could need for quick meals. The hotel was clean and quiet. Tina at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Thank you for the advice on local diner.
