Booked room & when I arrived to hotel my wife was notified they was sold out

Worst customer care ever! My family came there to stay 2 nights while visiting Busch Gardens. At around 10:30pm while we were sleeping our door was trying to be opened but was caught on the latch inside. I confronted the people trying to gain access to the room, which was terrifying for my family which includes 3 children, and they informed me that they had been assigned that room by the front desk. I called the front desk and informed them what had happened and that I would be speaking to a manager in the morning. In the morning I went down to get my keys re-done(since they had assigned new keys to someone else) and the lady at the front desk, who was the same person during the night told me (without an apology) “our computer glitched”. I told her that I didn’t care, that it was a security and safety issue for my family. Then she tells me “I’ve already spoken to my manager about it and if you don’t like it you can leave”! There are a few heated exchanges back and forth where then she tells me “I should apologize to the people tying to get into my room because I was rude to them”! Mind blowing the lack of concern and self importance this person has. I returned to my room with new keys and promptly 30 min goes by before we had a knock on our door from the local police. They informed me that the management wanted me and my family out and that they didn’t have to refund us for the 2nd night. Extremely friendly staff but it was run down. Room smelled. No shower curtain. Stove rusted and had to check out kitchenware. Some furniture had been upgraded. Never turned on tv. Maybe i had to check out remote. Stains in bathroom and carpet. Could not tell where smell came from either carpet air conditioner smoking in a non smoking room or all 3

Dirty and nasty place

The room flooded from the upstairs and I was given a small trash can to catch the water. It took 2 1/2 hours to get a different room. Before this it smelled bad and the furniture was in bad shape. The front desk was either poorly trained or just not professional.

These people are very unprofessional and impolite. Will never book this roach and rat infested dump again

Never stayed but was charged still due to their own incompetence.

Its by nice places to sit and eat. I didn't like the housekeeping because we were there for 3 days and didn't get it. We have small children that make messes.

The 2nd and 3rd floors smelled like weed the entire 5 days I was there. They have a strict “smoking” policy but clearly it’s not enforced. Front desk is no help, I was told they would add the notes for management. There’s also loud music, children screaming and running in the halls at all hours of the night. Dogs barking all day and night. Even with with quiet hours they have from 10pm to 8 am. I got no sleep, again front desk wouldn’t come up and tell people to be quiet. I wouldn’t stay here again EVER!!
