"Amazing position but ."

The position was amazing but service and cleanliness let it down. This was our second visit and we found this time it was very hit or miss with service and the cleaning , they either needed more time or more staff?? It wasn't 4.5 stars!!

"The best !"

What a wonderful hotel. Ideally situated opposite 4 mile beach in Port Douglas. The rooms are excellent, well equipped and clean and tidy. The staff are ALL so friendly and helpful. Nothing is tooo much trouble. The restaurant has a varied menu and everything is cooked fresh for you, including breakfast.

"Port Douglas getaway"

Perfect for a relaxing holiday, rooms were clean as it's an Adults only Hotel the pool area was quiet and not busy. The breakfast was delicious and was enough to get you through to dinner. Dinner at the Restaurant was also delicious as was the selection of dessert. The Hotel is situated at the start of 4 Mile Beach and easy access to the walking track.

"Great boutique hotel"

At the end of a two month trip to Australia and we are so pleased we chose the Peninsula in Port Douglas as our final destination. We had a lovely suite on a high floor with a great view of the ocean. Staff were all delightful, really helpful with confirming our trips and making sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was excellent with the best coffee in Australia! The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the marina. We hope to be back.
