Good for what it was. Clean and staff were very nice.

Amazing customer service, however it was extremely difficult to get a hold of them on the phone

The lady who worked at the front desk was rude. She was very unhelpful in accommodating a few small requests with check in. She also had a strange habit of abruptly ending phone calls while I was still on the line. The actual facility was OK. The room could have been cleaner.

Just what we required for a short stay , comfortable bed, accomodating and friendly staff for late check in.

was in a nice area of down town, what I did not like is no pool as advertised pool

I loved King St and the liveliness of the strip. The rooms didn’t seem as nice as the pics online. The bathroom has some black mold and no fan. The switch for the bathroom was outside the room as well. In terms of construction, the bathroom felt like an afterthought.

The AC machine was broken and the front desk sent a maintenance worker who then installed a new unit in my room. However the new unit later started smoking, starting the fire alarms and filling the room with the smell of burning plastic. Did not feel safe or maintained properly. Staff quickly responded however, and gave me keys to new room. But this definitely put a damper on my entire experience of this hotel. I would not come back and would not recommend to anyone.

Tired and old hotel. Room was clean but very tight bathroom layout. Although the room looked renovated, it still felt old and a bit grungy. Staff were pleasant. Parking was a block away.

Great service and accommodations. Very clean and close to all amenities.
