Nice place to stay. Will stay there again in the future

Nice staff and location to downtown. Nice to have a COMPLIMENTARY breakfast.

No fridge in room. Not sure why we where assigned a room next to the elevator while the hotel was clearly not full. Despite being next to elevator there was little noise.

Check in was quick and efficient and front desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the 7th floor and there was an odour as soon as we got off the elevator. Couldn’t quite place what it was but it persisted the entire stay. Thankfully once in our room we couldn’t smell it. Bed was very comfortable. Room was a nice size. The so called breakfast is actually a table full of sugar laden pastries and bread. No eggs, nothing remotely healthy. Grabbed a coffee which was really good, and went elsewhere for breakfast. Location was good for the event we were attending.

Staff are friendly. Continental breakfast was substantial and quite good! Room was clean though it had water leaking in from the Rain downpour.

Recently stayed in room 301. My review of this hotel was so so. When I checked in there was an open coffee package but no coffee in room. When to the lobby no coffee . And they could not give me one. That was a first strike against them. Also this hotel is far from the airport. 40.00 cab ride. Otherwise a clean basic hotel

Spacious, clean, kind and courteous staff. Good Stay for one night.

It was close to our event. Parking was convenient.

While visiting family in hospital, the Hamilton Plaza was a sure bet and it did not disappoint!

Rooms were clean. Not overly big. No fridge. But overall a nice room to stay in for one night.
