We were booked into this hotel by Lynblad for one night. W bike check-in was flawless and very welcoming, and the room spacious and clean, water pressure in the shower was poor. The breakfast offering was particularly weak when compared to other hotels in Ecuador and Peru. The gluten-free offerings were minimal and the gluten-free bread simply fell apart. Very little of the food looked appetising, and there were only two staff doing their best but run off their feet. We were glad that we were only there one night.

I stayed at the Swissotel for a business event. Everything went very well, the staff was extremely kind, the food was good, and the overall experience was great. We spent 3 nights here our way to the Galapagos. It was a wonderful experience, absolutely no complaints. All the staff were helpful, pleasant and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious. I would definitely recommend Swissotel in Quito
