I recently stayed at ITC Kakatiya and was extremely disappointed with the housekeeping services. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in—there was visible dust on surfaces, and the bathroom did not feel hygienic at all. Towels were either missing or not replaced on time, and I had to call multiple times just to get basic items. What made it worse was the slow response from the housekeeping staff. Even after repeated requests, there was a clear lack of urgency and attention to detail. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better professionalism and cleanliness. Overall, the poor housekeeping service significantly affected my stay, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their standards.

Not a five star property at all, the food was over before the breakfast time. Also there was lack of Maintenance. Would love to have my money refunded and pool was not operational horrible experience for the money we paid and in the name of 5 star hotel
