We (family of 3) stayed one night at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. After arriving early from London, we were very grateful to be allowed an early check-in. Othniel handled everything smoothly and professionally, Sandeep welcomed us with complimentary garments, and Priya kindly showed us to our room with a warm smile. Our Tower Room was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for recovering after a long flight, with blackout curtains and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared options. One moment that really stood out was when I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast room containing our passports and money. When I realised later, I was incredibly relieved to find it had been safely handed in and looked after at reception. The team even chose not to disturb us while we rested, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to Saurav for arranging everything so perfectly. A short stay, but excellent service throughout—we’d happily return.
