"Great location and excellent as always!"

Bhagyashree made the check-in process very easy and pleasant. As a Marriott loyal member, she gave us complimentary breakfast and lounge access. Both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. In Deccan restaurant, Khushi, Rupali and chef Shrini made our dining experience very warm and pleasurable. Khushi was quick to recognize what would work for us and accordingly catered custom made salad and desserts. Rupali was always warm and welcoming, she was accommodating with our needs. Chef Srini remembered our egg orders and made them to perfection every morning. Overall, we felt cared for by your staff and housekeeping. Housekeeping was very prompt and efficient in maintaining our room to a high standard.

Spent 4 nights for a business trip including weekends This is a great option - they have a bit of antique look and feel The service was spot on Breakfast spread is amazing - continental, south and north Indian Location in in Hyderabad, long commute to Hi Tech city, but it's worth staying here rather than more high priced options in gochibowli It's also very close to shopping, especially the Mangatrai Pearl shop is in walking distance Overall liked this place

First a fall today i went to Itc Kakatiya hotel for buffet breakfast. When i entered the hotel GRE pooja welcome me very politely and smilely. I was very very happy. From customer side pooja should get 1000090 points. The breakfast was very very tasty and all varities of items in breakfast was excellent and tasty. And restaurant staff done very very great service. After finishing the breakfast. ( GRE) Bhagyashri very very sweet voice explain me about the rooms and showed me the tower category room explain me very politely and sweet voice and coordinate with me very very politely. I really liked her coordination. Bhagyashri should get from customer side 10000000000 points and appreciation from customer side. Pooja and Bhagyashri and assistant Front office manager should get rewards from customer side. Especially Bhagyashri talked with me about membership explain me and about category rooms akso. I will never forget the itc Kakatiya hotel and Especially Reception staff Bhagyashri pooja. Full points from customer side. I am very very happy with itc Kakatiya service.
