Would just like to say Thank You for making us welcome, excellent room, very clean and comfortable and great breakfast the following morning.

Really good price and free parking, clean tidy and quiet.

Clean and well kept hotel next to a Harvester and plenty Larking (£9) and free brekfast

Room was clean bed comfy. Shower not very hot or powerful.

Unfortunately, the bed qas extremeley uncomfortable. Myself and my partner did not sleep well at all. I prefer firmer pillows, so asked for a pillow menu (which was said to be available according to my booking). The receptionist had never heard of it?! Also our shower was dripping continously so we had to take it down to try get some sleep. However, all staff were friendly and nice.

I had contacted the hotel for transport information and was only given basic info theirs a public bus service. No other info was provided so I message the hotel again to get no reply. Upon arrival i went to the wrong area to catch this bus. I tried to ring the hotel a few times on two numbers and no luck. An hour later I finally arrived at the hotel pretty annoyed at this long slow process. Everything else was satisfactory.

It was not clear at the point of reservation that I had to pay an additional fee per day to park. Also, my selected room type was not available and the room I was given felt overall quite dingy.

Very clean and tidy. Very helpful staff

B/fast hot food could of been better bedding in our room was ripped, and in the bathroom only little soap left in bottle including shower wash not good.
