Friendly staff dirty room. Bathroom and toiletries were awful. Poor Internet too!

Good clean hotel . Friendly helpful staff. Very convenient

A tired old Holiday Inn Express, past its better days. Check in was very slow

10 minute walk from Three Bridges or Crawley Station. We were there at a weekend, and they were totally unable to cope with the numbers for breakfast. "Happens every weekend" they said, as they ran out of tables, cutlery, etc.

A reasonable hotel for the price. Plenty of parking space outside. Staff were very good to deal with and helpful if needed. Just a couple of things that spoiled our stay. Firstly we kept getting random women knocking on our door, when I answered they'd say sorry and walk off. I'm sure they were cleaners checking if we were in the room, but normally I'd expect them to have a list of who has checked already checked out. Not a major issue but still a bit strange. The second was that the hotel was so busy we had to queue for about 10-15 minutes to get seated for breakfast. The staff were very helpful though so it wasn't too bad in the end.

It’s convenient place to stay near Crawley. Malls and shopping centers are just a walking distance.

Holiday Inn Express Crawley is clean, has quiet rooms, decent sized rooms, great shower and decent breakfast. Parking is good and there is a Harvester next door. 15-20 minute walk to the town centre.

Good quiet family break.
