Exceptionally clean, excellent service and an overall quality sray.

The bed was uncomfortable , air conditioning did not work and the restraunt was fully booked .

It was really amazing to have chosen to stay with them. Very nice and friendly staff and nice environment. Room was a bit small for family anyway.

Nice centrally located hotel. Reasonably priced. Did the job of having a base to visit beaches . Nice breakfast. Very busy though.

Friendly staff on reception, made us feel welcome and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. The room was well cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. Lack of fridge meant our room beers didn't stay cold, but we paid for the standard room so knew what to expect. Great public transport links (bus stop) within two minutes walk from reception, train station nerarby too. Catered for our dietry requirements at breakfast, which for a free breakfast wasn't too bad. Can't fault it - especially for the price!

Bed to hard for me. Big gap between window and frame that had been stuffed with loo roll to stop wind coming in but wasnt too succesful. Turned on kettle to make a drink and power blew but this was quickly replaced. Shower had an overflow pipe coming into it through wall which had water running out of it into shower and also had some insulation coming out of the pipe which wa lovely to have a shower with !

Staff friendly - little opportunity to use facilities owing to Covid but generally fine. Have to request housekeeping, was not informed of this until I called reception three days into my stay.

Under the challenges of covid compliance the hotel and all staff provided an outstanding service on all levels. The staff were particularly helpful and efficient.

Great service from all staff and vg breakfast under the circumstances. Room was tired but comfortable
