"Exceptional"

Enjoyed my stay there. The staff at the check in counter was very pleasant and polite, i ended up extending my stay another night. The breakfast was good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t get there till 10.15pm so they stopped serving food which was disappointing, however helped with finding a local takeaway

Food was horrible and either burnt or uncooked, there were bed bugs and everything was covered in dust. My first night I had to be moved to an entire new room because there was a BLONDE HAIR in my bed.

This hotel was cheap and did just what we needed. We were caught overnight in Gatwick with a cancellation The bedrooms are decent and beds are comfortable. Harvester pub/restaurant on the grounds was decent

Very helpful staff. Somewhat convenient to rail and bus lines but not really close to the airport, needed a 10 min taxi ride. Nice to have breakfast choices.

"Quality Venue that is hard to fault"

The room was spacious and modern with all the necessaries. Reception were excellent on arrival. The included breakfast was very good. Overall it was great and I would consider staying here again.

i suggest holiday in express for any traveler from gatwick airport , nice and clean room with in 10 mn wal to county mall i was just happy about all that trip from airport with taxi can cost 22 pound , had an issue with mu reservation as i had baby and room allowance only 4 they finaly helped me out other than that i was very happy
