Everything was great, the room, the location, the hospitality.

Only complaint was we ended up with pink eye immediately after we swam in the pool.

We've stayed here in the past and the experience has always been great. Don't know if management changed or what, but experience this time was terrible. Facility was always filthy., staff was not very pleasant, had to call front desk due to loud noises while trying to sleep, people constantly running and stomping, and had to go out for breakfast because continental breakfast was so bad.

With a separate sleeping area we can get up and have coffee while the other stays asleep. Also, we live in a village so we get alot of groceries. The full refrigerator lets us keep all the frozen/chill stuff ready to pack the day we travel.

They always put me so far away from the elevator. It's such a huge hotel but there are only one in the front and one in the back. You should put elevators on all four sides.

My son loved the pool and it was a nice relaxing stay.

Staff is wonderful and the breakfast is always amazing, I would definitely stay here again! The weather is also beautiful in the mornings when and if there is a sunrise, last month we saw a mama moose and her calf which was super amazing to see and bunnies which was also lovely to see.

I had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn. The room was very comfortable and quiet, making it easy to relax. It was great that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing me to bring my furry friend along. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
