The location, food area/bar at the pool, access to the beach. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was not very clean.

The elevator operation certificate was expired and the elevator was very sketchy. My husband ate the breakfast, and said it was almost not even worth eating and tasted old.

"Overall the staff was good, the facility, specifically our room humidity was out of control."

Staff was great!!! They tried to handle the issues and as I said the staff did a good job.

1. We asked for a king bed but we got two double beds. 2. Humidity in the room was out of control, everything was wet and the room was hot. They did find a dehumidifier and I also bought one which both ran for 4 days straight but the room dried out. 3. Housekeeping asked if we wanted our room cleaned and we replied yes, but they never cleaned our room.
