Price, indoor pool and spa, clean room, friendly knowledgeable person checking us in, good breakfast.

Nothing, everything was great

The room was big and comfortable. Staff was excellent. However, the amount i paid for the jacuzzi room would have been great if it had been cleaned properly. The tub had a solid black ring around it. Yuk. The whole room just wasn't cared for. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Housekeeping was not.

Great staff! Very nice breakfast! The toilets were tall enough for tall, long-legged people!

Beds were a bit too hard, but the height from the floor was comfortable. The pool was too cold. The spa was great and used to warm up from the pool.

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Noise level was low.

Hot water was not available at breakfast for tea, etc. I only found a coffee/decaf machine with no hot water option. Low supply of fruit that was empty before breakfast hours were over. I would have liked a sugar alternative such as Truvia.

Great hotel, very comfortable with everything that you need.
