Would have been nice to get the room I wanted, and green ants everywhere in the bathroom

We stayed in a suite which had ocean views, it was so beautiful. We had access to a pathway which enabled a long walk along the beach area. Restaurant and bar were great. Breakfast had great variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Gold Coast with our family and had such a lovely experience overall. The complimentary room upgrade was such a nice surprise and made our stay feel extra special. The beds were unbelievably soft and comfortable, honestly some of the best hotel beds we’ve slept in. The food options were also fantastic with plenty to choose from, and room service was impressively quick every time we ordered.

A couple of small areas for improvement would be the pool area, which could probably do with a bit of updating, and housekeeping was occasionally a little slow.

Parking fees $25 a day

We love the location. It's quiet with easy access to the beach and plenty of good eating options nearby. This was our third stay here and we still love it.

The rooms are starting to feel a little old. Still comfortable though.

Arrived to find under hotel car parking $25.00 per day. On checking in told to pay $400.00 cash for incidentals for two nights. Got told we were upgraded to ocean view room - no ocean view from room 2086 on southern wing just garden and distant view if one craned one’s neck ! The room was very tired and step into the shower using old bath tub - slippery and dangerous. The lift system is very confusing and the southern section second floor can only be accessed by changing lifts along the long journey back to the room from reception (or take the stairs) The buffet breakfast is bainne maree pretty basic for a 5 star hotel and one very rude male staff member trying to conjur up an omelette as requested. The a Le cart food at night was very good (basically the only guests at the time) - this was the only upside to a very tired and over rated 5 star hotel - staff. Or so flash either - give this place a miss if visiting the Gold Coast - better options elsewhere

The bed was super comfy, rooms were a great size, pool bar served amazing margaritas, room was clean, the grounds are lovely especially at night when it’s lit up - it makes for a lovely walk to dinner.
