The location was amazing

The room we booked waa not allocated- i booked a resort view and were given garden view- when we requested the resort view, we were asked to pay extra $190. Which is not right

We went for coffee & cake after a cruise in the Broadwater!! It was beautiful!! The manager Jon was amazing as was the food!!! The were a couple of hiccups but all in all still amazing!! Also the Margherita was delicious!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Ok resort. Rooms were big with lots of storage, big wardrobe, sideboard, drawers. The food was pretty good across the board with the exception of the coffee which was terrible. It's a little dated and need of an upgrade. Public areas and rooms both need work. There's a slightly damp smell in the hallways. The to air conditioner rattled loudly during my stay, but not loud enough to keep me awake at night. Noise transfer between the rooms was quite bad ( there were times I was happy for the rattling air con to drown out the voices).

Asked for ocean view got no view... extra for parking 🙄 room service was poor... being a wheelchair user couldn't use the walk bridge to cross the road... lots of stairs no clear guide for accessing places in wheelchair...
