Se tardaban en limpiar los cuartos

Lo cercano a la playa y lo tranquilo.

Faltaban los letreros de no disturbar / hacer habitaciones, a veces llegábamos y no estaban listas o listas y faltaban las toallas. Y las sillas de la piscina - playa , (sería porque era temporada alta), ya luego de desayuno se dificultaba conseguir. Del resto todo excelente

Me sorprendió mucho no encontrar, ni batas, ni pantunflas en la habitación, ni capa para el cabello, ni botella de agua. En el gimnasio había una cucaracha muerta. En el restaurante frente al lobby se demoraron mucho en atenderme, pasaban meseros a lado mío me miraban y ni para traer el menú. Esperaba un servicio excepcional por el precio. En courtyard me han tratado mejor. Les envié un correo preguntando por un cargo, adicional a mi tarjeta y al sol de hoy no tengo respuesta.

Very nice hotel, clean, good food and drink drinks centrally located. a great place to stay on your vacation. Snorkeling in front of hotel is very good. Live music in the lobby or on the beach most nights of the week.

We really enjoyed this resort. We had an ocean view king room which was big and very nice, overlooking the adults only serenity pool. The best parts of the resort for us were the very good snorkeling on the house reef right out from their beach and the adult serenity pool with its lap swimming lanes and infinity edge overlooking the beach. Cool pool design. Of course, like all resorts, you deal with the people who throw their stuff on chairs early in the morning and then disappear for many hours, but we always found somewhere to sit. We ate several meals and enjoyed some of the food at the Salty Iguana during the day (either sitting in the restaurant or delivered to our lounger) and the food at the main bar in the evening (Toyko Ceasar Salad is great). Less impressed with JFK steakhouse, but it's a beach trip - we weren't there for the food. In fact, we mostly had snacks and bagels from the Papiamentu market and everything there was good. Also, you can easily walk to De Visserij for some very fresh and much less expensive seafood in a casual atmosphere. Don't miss the guided snorkeling on Tuesday morning on the house reef. Luba swam down and pointed out all kinds of sea life - so fun. You can also walk to the center of Willemstad along the coast. It's about 2 miles each way. Wear sunscreen.

Our 6-night stay in mid-March 2026 was absolutely fantastic from check-in to check-out. The staff was attentive and the hotel was beautiful. As Marriott Bonvoy members, we made a great decision in joining the Reef Club because the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and the "happy hour" from 5-7 p.m. had good finger food options with an open bar and cold beer and beverages. Most importantly, my wife has Celiac Disease (autoimmune response to gluten) and the regular Reef Club staff provided gluten free bread, pastries, etc., for her. Snorkeling the outside of the coral reef right off the hotel beach was incredible as I saw trumpetfish, a large pufferfish, barracuda, filefish, parrotfish, and schools of coral tropical fish. We did swim with the turtles at Daaibooi Beach - we rented a car and drove to various beaches and Willemstad. I don't know how our vacation could have been any better.

Beautiful property and a great first impression at reception—I expected a great stay. Unfortunately, my experience quickly took a turn and left me feeling unsafe and unsettled. Shortly after checking into my room, I unpacked my belongings and headed to the beach. When I returned, I discovered that someone had entered my room in my absence, moved my bags and luggage, and removed all of my food items—including sealed items like cheese, salads, meat, power bars—as well as ice packs and medical head ice bags. This felt like a clear violation of privacy and personal space, especially as there were no “Do Not Disturb” or privacy signs provided for the room. It took six calls to reach the front desk—mostly unanswered or on hold—with no app support available. I was eventually told engineering had entered my room and should not have. While my items were returned, several sealed foods had been opened, and I had no way of knowing how long they had been left out in the heat or whether they were still safe to consume. Later that night, around 11:30 PM, someone attempted to enter my room again. At that point, I no longer felt secure in my room or confident that my privacy was being respected. I chose to leave the following morning. Most concerning was the lack of acknowledgment or apology regarding what occurred. The resort itself has clear potential, but entering a guest room without authorization, handling personal belongings, and the absence of timely communication are serious issues that need to be addressed. I hope management takes appropriate steps to ensure guest safety, privacy, and accountability moving forward.
