AMAZING staff and experience, we will be visiting again!!!! Thermal springs were amazing and everyone was so friendly

The best place you could ever go. Clean, comfortable and a very amazing staff!! The thermal spa was so relaxing and has cabanas for a nice nap or to read. The pools were a hidden treasure and I think we found them all. Love the swim up bar. We also had a room with a volcano view that was so very nice. I would give them a 10 star review if I could

Tabacon was a great experience. Amazing hot springs, beautiful property and kind staff! Breakfast was one of our favorite meals with the best server, Cristian. He made our mornings and made the best morning cocktails! Dinner from the restaurants on property were good. If you're considering going, do it!

We stayed there for 5 nights. My only complaint is someone took our money of around $200 USD from our purse, when we are out at the hot spring. I believe it's the cleaning crew member who took the money.

Truly immersed in nature with a luxury aspect. Our stay was incredible from start to finish. One of the best resorts we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Pura vida!

What can I say, this hotel was a dream resort, but it met every expectation and was worth the splurge on price. Beautiful resort, clean rooms, with turn down service, outstanding views, buffet breakfast included daily was delicious. Staff was all so helpful and partnership with Jacamar for taxi service was easy! We enjoyed the pool at the resort, but of course the hot springs were the highlight! The quick shuttle to the springs was always available and fast! We loved exploring and just kept finding more hidden little pools, but also loved the deeper ones with the waterfalls! The pool bar and pool area were wonderful. Ave Restaurant was also a highlight, we ate there twice and at the pool bar once. Both very good flavors and fresh food, kind staff! It was my birthday while we were there and I had a special treat delivered to the room and one night at dinner we got a special dessert! So thoughtful! French Press and hot water kettle were delicious and refilled multiple times/day!

What a beautiful resort! We enjoyed everything we did including eating all our meals which were excellent. Our servers couldn’t have been more attentive especially Percila Salas who treated us as family. I highly recommend Tabacon.

Tabacon was a magical experience for our family. It was literally the best vacation place we have ever been to. The service was exceptional. Oscar our breakfast server became a part of our day and we all missed him when we moved on to a different location. The hotel thought of all the small exceptional things and always had our experience foremost in mind. I could go on and on but will keep it short and say that our stay was magical and we will be back.

Spent 4 days at this resort and had a privilege to stay at the honeymoon suite. The property is beautiful and peaceful esp the hot springs. The staff are professional and friendly. We had a bit of a mishap w/ our suite’s hammock cover but Angioleth took care of it swiftly and kindly offered to prepare a birthday cake for my spouse on a short notice, which was much appreciated. Our server in the morning were also kind and helpful. Shout out to Christian for exceptional service. Highly recommend this resort!
