Your breakfast crockpot for gravy?? was dirty on the outside, the food was late, there was no juice in the juice machine, no liquid creamer. The staff didn't seem to be able to speak English very well nor did they seem to understand it very well, or they were just plain rude and wouldn't explain or answer questions. The air conditioner was noisy and would come on every 20-30 minutes with a big "clunk" then "clunk" for 10-15 minutes before quieting down. I would finally fall asleep only to wake up to the clunk every 20-30 minutes later in the middle of the night. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again. EVER.

People were friendly. Rumors clean. Breakfast was good.

Drain wouldn’t drain in the shower, nail clipping dirt and hairballs left in shower, urine stained bedding, unclean counters and cabinets, staff took over 45 min to bring new bedding
