Drain wouldn’t drain in the shower, nail clipping dirt and hairballs left in shower, urine stained bedding, unclean counters and cabinets, staff took over 45 min to bring new bedding

The ladies at the front desk were new. But they were incredibly sweet & professional. They felt bad that they were new and having trouble, but were kind through the whole process. As well as making my tired children feel comfortable.

The hotel rooms themselves need some work. Deffinetly older and some maintenance needs done. Not dirty, just worn.

Close to family and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was terrible. Trying to get anyone to really listen was terrible. The bathroom floor was so sticky we had to put a towel down to walk on it. The shower head was way to large for the space. The toilet was dirty. They don't clean the room unless you ask them to, plus you had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels. The scrambled eggs were very dry. The heater made so much noise couldn't sleep, but they fixed that the next day but the new heater ran very cool.

Not much tbh. I guess i liked that it had a bathtub but it would've been better if the light fixtures had been in reasonable repair.

Where do i even start. First the staff was rude and not at all welcoming. Second and more important. The bathroom had very odd screws right across from the toilet that made zero sense and hadno caps on them. I did not feel safe using the bathroom because not only were there strange screws across from the toilet but the light fixture had no cover and was extremely bright. The bathroom was also dirty and clearly hadn't been thoroughly scrubbed in some time. There were handprints and fingerprints on everything and small debris all over the carpet. I really got 0 sleep and left 4 hours before checkout to go home. The breakfast was slopped together quite hastily. Tbh, It's very clear that the staff here isn't really concerned with guest experience.

The staff is nice and friendly. The room is clean but very old and needs to be refurbished inside.
