Quality Inn Post Falls - Coeur d'Alene

I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. I have to laugh, though. I had recently seen the SNL parody "Business Gardens Inn" commercial and this place was quite close to the hotel (in a fun way) they were depicting. I'll definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We always stay at Quality Inn. This time was not good. Lets start with the main room. No upholstered chair, Office chair was very torn up. Picture missing in bathroom, no hair dryer, only 2 clothes hangers. Bathroom was not clean around toilet and tub. The caulking around the toilet looked like it was done by a four year old, bathroom door would not close. This is not what our usual experience has been.

So so, maybe not the best deal but definitely not nice

Not a good value for the rate we paid.

Not as clean as expected, seemed overpriced for the room.

Everything the room smilled vary heavily of perfume. The sink was cracked and broken the shower head was just hanging there. The bed was hard as a rock. There was a floor staple poking up when you walk to the bathroom.the room door would not close you would have to pull it close by hand. the breakfast sucks. They had powdered eggs the gravy test like it was 3 days old and rubbery tast.would not stay here again I will tell every one to not stay.

Literally NOTHING!!!!!

The rooms are disgusting! The "manager" was no where to be found. The wall plaque says Patty but was told AJ is the manager n they where not on site to talk to. The food looked disgusting. I have never been to a hotel this disgusting n rude ever. I will not be booking with Quality hotels any more.

Rooms had broken lights, shades, holes in wall, clogged drains. Breakfast food was sketchy.

Room Appliances not working, bathroom sink not draining, management not available

I normally don’t have a problem but our room wasn’t very clean. The bed was fine, floors fine, but the bathroom had hair all over, some spilt drippings on the wall, and a funky smell. We had gone down for extra pillows and I sat at the front desk for 15 minutes with no employee coming. Came back an hour or two later to ask for pillows and finally got someone but only had 1 pillow available which is totally fine.
