I had a great experience with the front desk staff Azhar . Azhar was professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they were happy to answer all my questions with a smile.

The only good thing about it the staff was helpful and the kids were friendly and they had a good breakfast.

The one we got the rug was wet. It was like they cleaned it and they didn’t dry it. It smelled like mold. It was a really bad hotel

Bed was above average and comfortable. Front desk help lacked any courtesy and there was an obvious language/communication barrier. Hotel positioned around road construction. A little noisy but tolerable. Good to have an iron - but ironing board was broken.

"Horrible, and disgusting."

Nothing.

The room was dirty, smelled like dog urine. The room smelled horrible. The bath tub didn’t drain, had to ask for a plunger. We had requested a ground floor room, because of a disability, on oxygen. She put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator. When I asked her why, she said we have no ground floor.. This was one of the worst places to stay..
