Чистый , свежий новый отель …, отличное качество еды , молодцы

Я имел номер повышенной степени комфортности , с правом посещения вип бара и зоны отдыха , хотел забрать баночку пива в номер , не дали ((( на месте можно выпить хоть ящик , с собой ни капли … мне кажется стоит быть мягче в этом вопросе , одно дело , когда гость выносит ящик , другое , когда одну единицу

Waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns nach einer Odyssee mit einem anderen Hotel um uns wieder positiv zu stimmen sogar eine Suite gegeben zum Preis eines Delux Zimmers. Super Reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstück!

Für mein Geschmack etwas zu gross und zu viele Gäste….aber sehr schöne Anlage!

"Facilities are good, but management should be improved"

The room is spacious with a good view of the beach. The facilities and network are good. The swimming pool and garden are nice.

Baby cot was confirmed at booking and at check in also, but it was not set up in the room. The beach was dirty with oil (it was washed from offshore, not the resort’s fault), later a kind staff helped wash the oil off us with gasoline. However, the resort should have put up a warning sign or informed guests before they went to the beach, as it was acknowledged. The restaurant staff at breakfast did not pay enough attention. We asked the hostess for a kid’s chair, she said yes, but nothing happened, so we had to find and set it up ourselves. Some tableware was not washed well. The chef at the soup station did not have good attitude, and was swearing at another staff.

"Это как всегда был просто великолепный отдых!"

Это один из моих самых любимых отелей во Вьетнаме! Были уже 5 раз и хочется вернуться еще. Персонал просто замечательный. Особенно мистер Хунг с ресепшн. Очень любезный и всегда поможет решить любой вопрос. Территория прекрасная, завтраки восхитительные. Здесь просто рай!

Отличная территория! Вилла- лучше всяких похвал! Идеально для 2/3 человека

Если вы хотите на завтрак/обед/ужин есть «фо-бо» то это место для вас! Бред полный- вы окружены океаном, но в меню в принципе нет нормальных морепродуктов. А те что есть убиты специями и бешенным количеством масла! В принципе, масло везде! Еще- раннее заселение в принципе не работает, даже если вы их предупредите за 2 месяца! Если вы думаете, что знание Английского языка вам поможет, то не обольщайтесь- вы ни хрена не поймете местный персонал 🤪
