Your pool and the gardens

We were in room 518 and it had no hot water, very disappointing for a beautiful place. We had issues with the air conditioning, our room was hot as you couldn’t turn the a/c down. Rang the desk to ask if someone could come and fix it but they never showed up again very disappointing for a beautiful place.

Comfortable bed, Nice welcome drink, Wonderful breakfast, Very enjoyable water park for kids, Nice kids' room, and Beautiful beach.

The program did not take place on time, The restaurant's tableware was sometimes not washed well.
