Nhân viên phục vụ ở Kidclub không yêu bé, không thân thiện. Nhân viên phục vụ ở quầy bar ngoài trời chỗ hồ bơi lớn cũng thái độ không chuyên nghiệp, phục vụ đồ ăn không dao dĩa hay giấy ăn. Không xứng đáng chất lượng phục vụ 5 sao.

The property is amazing. The grounds and the hotel are impeccable. The breakfast was one of the best I have had for a buffet. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well equipped.

Bathroom was excellent and had a large soaking tub. The problem was that there was little to no hot water. I brought this t the attention of the management the first day and every day after, but the water was not fixed until the afternoon of my third day. The internet was very slow for such an expensive property. And I could not get any Wi-Fi at the pool. The entire internet went down around 5 pm on my last day and was still down when I checked out the next morning. But the main problem is the service. This hotel prides itself on service, but I don't see it. Everyone was veery polite and nice when responding to my requests, but nothing really happens to fix the issues. The pool staff was almost non-existent, and I had to search them out every time I wanted a drink. The executive lounge was nice, but really a waste of time. I have never seen a five-star property where so many of the employees are always on their phones.
