Breakfast was amazing. People are nice.

No towels at all. Was told we would get towels in morning and got floor rugs. Room wasn't cleaned at all

"Overall, would not recommend this hotel"

Staff was limited but helpful, however to many issues to overcome at the time of visit.

The housekeeping of this facility needs work, very poor overall! Went into a double queen bedroom and found many issues from bathroom not being cleaned to blood and urine on mattress pads of the beds. Elevator for the 3-story hotel has an expired certificate for inspect that is 2 years pass due as well as expired inspect cert tags for the fire extinguishers.

"Good value, clean and convenient location"

The location was convenient. There was plenty of food options very close by and the hotel was only a few minutes from the downtown area. The staff did their best to accommodate an early check in.

The room was on the small side. The TV was very small.
