Observed ants in the bathroom. Bathtub drained really slow. Shower head looked rusty. Channel guide on TV remote didn't work. Our room was on the second floor and didn't like to have to go to the first floor to get ice. Breakfast buffet left alot to be desired and only open until 9 am.

I need someone to contact me. They said in order to get a refund i had to contact you. And you will refund me. ASAP. I am not un the united kingdom. I am in the USA

The staff did not attempt to fix the bathroom issue. The toilet was running over the entire night. Toilet water all over the floor. They finally gave me a plunger at 6:40 this morning. And she laughed, saying I could go from the 3rd to the first flood to use the bathroom. I plunged and told them they have a blockage in the line. I spoke to maintenance he said yes there is a block and guess he will snake it out. That the 2nd and 3rd floor was complaining...please contact me asap.
