"Hotel is fine, watch what you are charged."

Location, cleanliness, breakfast

Hotel charged me for an additional night on top of my booking.com reservation for one night. Insists that I was there two nights and they blame it on booking.com. I was passing through and have proof that I was at another hotel 6 hours away on the alleged second night and proof that I booked one night through booking .com. My credit card company is now handling the charge. This should not have happened and should have been refunded without having to involve my credit card. But, it wasn’t.

"All For The Excellent Customer Service"

Great staff. Excellent customer service. The room being on the 1st floor and not far from the front door as I travel with my dog was appreciated.

The carpet felt moist in some areas. The tub didn't drain well, water built up to the ankles. Pillows were lumpy and small. The lotion canister above the tray had leaked lotion on the tray which had dark hair in it.

Terrrible!!!! As I was preparing to leave I noticed a bunch of ants all around the tv in the hotel room 220, and when I opened my box’s there was ants all on my pizza. I went and checked my bag and their was a few ants crawling in my bag… When I tried to notify the front desk, he keep twisting the story and scenarios to make it seem like it was my fault. This place ha an ant problem, and they know it.
