Was last minute decision to stay. The night clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Burnt eggs and burnt sausage. Biscuits cold no gravy. Not a good breakfast choice

The room was very dirty, the bed was visibly dirty (hair in bed, stains on all bedding) not just first/fitted sheet, every layer! Clearly not cleaned. Bathroom tub was dirty. You really need to deep clean your room! Night desk brought sheets and they weren't any better.

Staff was good and friendly.

I have two small dogs, the pet fee is too high. The amount should be disclosed in the bookings app. The chair cushion needed cleaning. There were cob webs around ceiling
