Comfort Inn & Suites La Grange - Louisville Area

This hotel was about 30 minutes away from where I needed to be the following day. I specifically chose this hotel because it has an indoor pool. When I checked in, I noticed signs on the pool door saying it was out of order. The room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and did not smell particularly clean. I would not stay here again and would not recommend a friend to.

I paid for double bed online. Showed up and all they had was 1 king bed. I asked for money back because I needed two beds but they wouldn’t.

The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Got to the room and was in the top two worst rooms I ever stayed in. Filthy is the only word that comes to mind. Everything had stains. Towels, bed linen, woodwork, etc. we don’t think the beds were changed. The sheets looked slept in and there was a lot of hairs. Had to sleep in our clothes. If it weren’t for being so tired, we would have left. I used to stay I. Hotels about 60-80 times a year and would never have stayed. The tub was dirty enough that we brushed our teeth and left. Very disappointed in the comfort inn chain. Used to stay a lot. Probably will not use this chain anymore.

The beds were very very comfortable and the staff was exceptional.

Good stay until the morning, check out was at 11am and the housekeeping was knocking at the door at 9am and every 30 mins after that
