Customer service was outstanding. The breakfast bar was nice as well. Overall stay was good for one night. The hallways and rooms weren't the cleanest and you can hear those above you walking so it's not a peaceful quiet stay. Again, good for one night only.

It was a basic hotel room but I felt I was getting something a little better until I arrived. Stains on sheets. Shower and Bath was outdated and somewhat discolored. Stains on carpets in rooms. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great. Just would prefer something a little better and more well kept.

Nice location very friendly staff.

When you walk in the room, it had a very musty smell. We had to replace one of the bottom sheets on one bed because it was dirty and had stains on it. The other one had crumbs on it and the pillows had mascara all over them. And they were droplets of something on the bathroom floor.. the breakfast was good, but it felt like a sauna and the room where everything was. I could not get into the pool as it would not unlock. The Sabbath at the front desk we are very friendly and helpful.
