Very nice rooms

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was okay besides a few stains and marks throughout. Refrigerator wasnt working though so my food ended up spoiling.

The man with whom o checked in was a customer service expert. He was delightful not only to me, but the customers ahead of us. Great first impression

Great location to all the food places and to Walmart.

We checked in late. The front desk man Harold was very nice. He checked us in and we had our little dog too. Very accommodating and nice to us even with a little humor. Harold made us feel at home and welcome!

The fitness center weights were out of order

it was the usual stuff.

many reviews stated it was excellent. I found the facility to be dirty (elevator, floors etc.) Pool especially was dirty with a dirt ring around water line. Pool room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time.

The location was the only likable thing.

Original room booked smelt like someone had urinated all in the carpet. Once swapped to another room the second room had mold every where along with a bad leak in the ceiling. The drains to the sink and tub would not drain water. Was told the manager would reach out and never heard from him.

I didn’t like anything because we did not stay here due to bed bugs

The room we tried to check into had a bed bug in the room. No manager was at the hotel when we was there and still trying to resolve the issue

Very strong smell like mildew. Bathroom floor and toilet were not properly clean. Breakfast okay but was not also up to standard expected from reading other reviews. It was bad enough that we left after the first night and had to pay for another hotel with no refund!
