The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in/out process was quick and front desk staff were very friendly. I did not interact with housekeeping staff during my stay; they were working in other rooms on my floor.

I liked everything.

They didn’t tell us it was being remodeled and under construction until we arrived. I’m sure it will be nice when they finish and complete the flag change fromAuburn to Spark. Was a bit of a let down but the rooms were clean, so oh well.

"We were amused that we checked into Auburn Place May 4th & out of Spark by Hilton on May 6th! 😊"

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Our stay was brief, but the hotel offered everything we needed for our brief visit to Paducah. Breakfast was typical but good.

Obviously, the property was undergoing extensive renovations, but we were not inconvenienced in any way. The only issue was a broken drain plug in the shower.
