Spark by Hilton Paducah

Everyone was extremely nice and my room was clean.

I didn't like that the tv didn't have the HGTV channel

The room was completely remodeled because it is now a Sparks by Hilton. The lobby is in the process of being remodeled as well but they were still able to serve a great breakfast.

It was a shock to pull up after a long days drive to find out it is no longer Auburn Place. Be advised the pool is closed at the moment.

I've always enjoyed this location. I come to Paducah a lot and this place feels homey. The staff is sweet.

Disappointed that it is now a franchise. The price is higher, they charge for dogs, it doesn't feel privately owned any longer.

We like the location of this facility as we travel from the southeast to the Midwest annually. We like the proximity of several restaurants in walking distance from the hotel.

We were disappointed to find out that the facility is in the process of being renovated without being notified. The entrance is still under construction which impacts the lobby and breakfast lounge. The room was nicely renovated but the new tv system is not fully functional. The ice machine on our floor was inoperative which meant going to another floor for ice. When we went for breakfast at 6:00am we’re told that there is no water so only one pot of coffee was available for all the guests. The juice machine was also not working. I’m surprised Hilton would allow this hotel to be occupied until all renovations were completed. That said, a discount off the posted price should have been offered to the guests.

It’s no longer in Auburn place. It’s a Hilton Sparks. It was very convenient to the expressway.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Went above what would be expected. Rooms clean.

Was under renovation at the time but did not really affect stay. Would have been nice to know before hand, but crews seemed to be aware and work around guest. Be very nice when completed.

My go to hotel when traveling through Paducha with my dog. Near the highway, pet fee is reasonable, and the staff is so nice to my dog.

Currently under renovation so there's less parking and some facilities are closed (the pool).

Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was good.

Under major renovations. Was woke up Sunday at 7 am to paint crew scraping and sanding the outside wall of my room. Dust everywhere. Eggs were watery. Sausage was over cooked and hard. Gravy watery and biscuits hard. Even the English muffin was hard and dried out.

Breakfast had such a great variety, the beds were so comfortable and I got some of the best sleep in a while, housekeeping staff went above and beyond, front desk staff were so friendly and considerate

WiFi wasn’t great and it was hard to work from the hotel. Also, the tv only had a few channels that were coming in and out
