Spark by Hilton Paducah

The staff was very nice.

Nobody told me that it was under construction to change it to a Hilton Spark! Lobby torn up...pool closed...breakfast was a joke..room had weird smell..had to even ask for a bar of soap!! Like staying in a Red Roof Inn for more $$!

Site is under construction and should not be open.

Hotel is not safe for occupation due to construction rennovation.

It is not an Auburn Place, it is a Sparks by Hilton, but your booking doesn't show that. Nor do they mention that they are in full construction mode.

Courteous staff.

When I arrived they're was a sign on the counter that said the elevator would be out of service the next morning. My mother uses a walker, so the room was useless to us. To Auburns credit... they promptly refunded the room, and to be fair, I think they had just been bought out so the whole page was under construction. It just wasn't specified when I booked the room. Courteous and understanding staff though!

Size of the room

Noisy air conditioner. Having the elevator down for remodeling was very inconvenient while the first floor rooms were also being remodeled so we had to use the stairs with my disabled son. Hallway noise late at night was not conducive to a good night’s sleep.
