Bed was very comfortable!

Il y avait un CAFARD dans la chambre qui était d'une humidité INSUPPORTABLE et qui en conséquence sentait mauvais. Nos vêtements avaient pris la pluie et n'ont jamais séché. Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour au vu des conditions sanitaires de l'établissement qui étaient juste catastrophiques. À FUIR !!! Lorsque nous avons voulu quitter l'hôtel il nous a été impossible de checkout en avance, l'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous donner ni notre facture ni le ticket d'empreinte de carte bancaire, nous avons seulement pu rendre les clefs de la chambre. L'hôtel n'a pas donné suite à nos e-mails comme ceux de Booking. Nous avons vraiment ressenti que le personnel ne souhaitait pas aider face à la situation et était de mauvaise foi.

The sheets had stain and the bathroom was dirty and full of hair in the bath tub.

I didnt like how the bed sheets had stains.

The room was so tiny you could barely move. The bathroom door couldn’t close easily. My husband went to take a tiny bag of peanuts & the night manager said they were only for people who were members! It cost me almost $600 for three horrible days and a bag of peanuts was denied! I also worn them at the front desk that I was itching my legs were itching my arms were itching or something was wrong! I want my money back!

Lack of cleanliness of rooms, comfort of bed, dust on lamps, microwaved eggs, and outdated decor.
