Holiday Inn Express Hyannis - Cape Cod by IHG

The pool was clean and kids enjoyed breakfast

It was dirty moved my room twice and still woke up in the morning to bugs everywhere

the location was good. It was easy to get around the hotel

The property was very dirty. Bathroom wasnt cleaned properly and had hairs all over the tub. Bed had stains all over it. Blanket smelled wrong and had bad stains as well. I had to purchase a separate blanket for myself from the store. The staff wasnt nice.

Limited parking by our entry door. Mattresses were terrible.

They could use a fire pit. And the pool could be cleaned around the edge. Every one of the staff from front desk to breakfast attendant and the room cleaners were gracious and pleasant to deal with.

Maybe a fire pit on the porch.

There was no channel line up. The vending machine was empty.the carpet felt damp. The pillows were small
