The breakfast it was good

I didn't like the experience, I had already paid the daily rate directly in the app, when I arrived at the property the receptionist didn't realize that I had already paid, she charged me twice. This caused my card to block, then the woman came to charge me an amount of $70 dollars for security deposit I had no way to pass because the card was blocked the receptionist ignored all this, and didn't want to give in almost I lost the daily rate and had nowhere to stay

I don't recommend this hotel, the hotel is under construction with a lot of noise, dirt and they still smoke marijuana bothering the guests and the hotel doesn't tell the people who make the reservation about the work. There is no jacuzzi available and the pool water is dirty with sludge at the bottom. On the website it says daily cleaning in the room, they don't clean, they don't change towels or sheets. The photos of the hotel in the booking are not up to date, they put us in rooms outside the hotel which is horrible to have to cross in the cold, if I knew I would never have booked this hotel because in the booking photos they only show a photo of the front of the hotel and I didn't even imagine that the rooms were like this. The hotel says they accept pets and charge $30 per night but you can't walk anywhere with the dog, is the hotel pet friendly or not? The only good thing is that the people at the reception are very nice but other than that I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, I came on a weekend from Friday to Sunday from November 21 to 23 to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I hated it it was better to have stayed at home, we paid to suffer because the peace and rest we wanted we didn't have with the noise, bad smell of marijuana near the room, dirty and cold pool that we couldn't even enjoy and no jacuzzi. I don't recommend it at all! Update the photos on the site and at least warn the guests about the renovation and about not having a jacuzzi stop deceiving people. What a shame!

Location, breakfast

The place was under construction the whole trip! I work on the computer and it was so loud with the drilling and tool noise I could not even make the work calls! Lost 2 days of work! The toilets in the two rooms clogged and instead of taking care of it, they handed my son a plunger! No one towel was offered not one trash barrel emptied!! The elevator did not work a good part of our stay! The bathroom floor was dirty and I found items left by other guests in the room! Finally, they could not find my membership and I could not get rewards points! I stayed 7 days and had two room! I asked the front desk and they had no idea on how to get point rewards even though there was a big sign in the lobby! I have stayed at this hotel several times and NEVER got no service like this time. I stayed the first day and moved the room to an area that was not supposed to be loud from construction and it was awful! Drywall mud all over the carpet, waiting in line for breakfast behind all the workers and the maids just chatting on there phones and to each other and they couldn’t even offer a towel or trash in 7 days!!!!! So not acceptable. I really think I should get some of my money refunded or a future stay free and I definitely should get my points. I would like a response to this complaint.

The hotel is dated there was old pictures of the rooms showing carpet in the room. There was no carpet in my room. It was outdated. There was not enough towels, lotion, or soap in the room. The hotel is nothing like the picture because it is under construction. The hotel shows a hot tub and pool. There is no hot tub
