Very cold in lobby
Check in was fast. Breakfast area was busy but staff kept it clean. No hot water in drink station. Sliding door in bedroom did not lock. Bathroom door hard to close. Aircon didn't cool according to temp setting. Pillows did not smell fresh.

Delicious breakfast, walkout room to the beach. Beautiful location. Beautifully landscaped. 24 hour pool and hot tub!!! Bonfire in the evening.
We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, which we really appreciated. The grounds around the hotel were beautiful and very well maintained. However, the room and parts of the hotel felt a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. For the price we paid, the overall value just didn’t quite match our expectations. With some renovations, it could be a much more competitive stay.
The view and staff were exceptional but our room smelled like mildew/wer
Lower level smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom had rust. Evening staff was not professional at desk - rude when asking for assistance with TV. TV did not work properly - had to rest or unplug cable to get to channel & at times could not even change the channel. Terrible. 2 nights way over charged!!!!!
