Best Western Plus Como Park Hotel

Biggest deterrent is horrible parking for guests. The ambience of the refurbished building is wonderful. Arriving later in the day or evening to check in will have you questioning why you booked a room here. You will be competing with venues in the immediate area to park. Night time is the worse, especially if you making sure your vehicle will not be ticketed or worse. They do have "overflow parking" 2 blocks away, however will need to rely on a shuttle.

Good place to stay!

This was our second or third stay over the years. Its clean, quiet and out of the way. Very accommodating for our accessibility needs.

Coffee pot didn’t work. Made 3 requests before it was replaced. Language barrier with housekeeping! This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We have family in the area and will be coming back several times a year. Would like to consider this hotel as an option.

Great for one night stay! Traveled alone and felt safe.

This hotel is nothing fancy but always quiet and conveniently located in the heart of Saint Paul. Only complaint is that our fridge did not work. No perishables so fortunately not a big deal on this trip.

The hotel does NOT have enough parking. We had to drive blocks away to a remote parking lot and walk back to the hotel. Did not feel safe in poorly lit parking lot.

The facility still look dated around the desk area and is located right next to kind of an industrial area. Was a little hard to find but not bad. That’s it. Very nice room loved it. All in all 3 to 5 so great great marks.
