Best Western Plus Como Park Hotel

VERY limited parking! Ridiculous, even. Very few electrical outlets available in the room. Outlets that were part of lamps didn’t work, some outlet covers were broken. Air conditioning does not keep up, was set to lowest setting and the room was still uncomfortably warm. Beds are old and sag in the middle.

Cool hotel

This is an old railroad car fix shop, very cool inside and out. Plus the front desk staff was awsome.

Great place to stay near Hamlin University.

I would much prefer a window view to the outside. I would like that to be stated when booking the room where the view faces. The pool view was sad. Otherwise all good.

We had an interior room. The lighting in the room; including bathroom are pretty poor. The water pressure was pitiful. The rooms could use a serious updating (brighten the place up since the room was relatively small. Cool that the hotel is in the old railyard structure. Did get use of the hot tub and sauna. Staff was nice and attentive.

Loved the old train depot! So interesting! The pool was a little chilly.

The lady that checked me was great and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional. However, the phone was unplugged, the alarm did not work, the fridge was not cold and absolutely the WORST was the shower. Was just a trickle and I had a class 7:30am-5pm so had to take a "bird bath" and get on my way.

We loved the history of the building and it's architecture! It was a railcar refurbishing plant and they have kept so much of the original exterior. Our room was spotless and spacious. The only flaw was the breakfast; we came down 20 minutes before it closed and they were out of everything! The kitchen staff unhappily brought more of some of what was missing. Great check in and out experience though!

Decent place, but our sink was broken and we told the front desk. We were told it would be repaired or we would be moved to a different room, neither happened or was followed up on
