Close to Biltmore and other Asheville locations. Handi capped accessible room.

The room was clean. The mattress felt like sleeping in a floor. Door had a gap at the bottom. Lots of traffic noise. Pool was not in service. The breakfast was minimal.

Breakfast did not have any pastries or bread. People leaving very early and setting off car alarms.

The property is clean and organized and has no smell of cigarettes or derivatives

There is no elevator and perhaps this harms the accessibility of those who use wheelchairs. But I believe that if that's the case they book a room on the ground floor

If the breakfast had a little more variety, also the times, it should open up earlier. I went at 6:15 and it did not open until 6:30 and the staff member told me to leave.

I would have liked to have more access to breakfast. Also, it was difficult to connect to the internet. One staff member when we first arrived was amazing! I do not recall his name however he was very nice.

Treated rudely by morning receptionist Sleep disturbed 3 times during the night by people carrying on in parking lot outside my room. Then woken by cleaning crew talking moving carts around cleaning above me. Very frustrating
