Clarion Pointe Biltmore Village

Entrance to the hotel is a bit tricky (you enter the site as if going to the Texas Roadhouse) but otherwise it is a nice economic place to stay in comparison to other hotels in the area. We appreciated the laminated guide to the television channels as it gives you a quick guide as to what channels are available. The breakfast room is a bit tight. The first morning was great; really liked the eggs. The second morning the attendant a different one was not keeping up with demand and we saw some people give-up getting the eggs and sausage. While we did not visit the Biltmore in this visit it was an excellent location for our visits to the Arboretum and the Estes-Winn Car Museum.

Staff was wonderful Price was better than others

Breakfast was disappointing- Nothing very healthy. I was traveling with two other people who have mobility issues. There were no elevators and lots of stairs. Bed was not comfortable and room was smelly and not very appealing This whole complex needs an update.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much!! The room was clean and fresh and well supplied!! The continental breakfast was delicious and fresh just what we needed to start our day!! The staff was cheerful and helpful!!!

want to take a moment to recognize Chelsea, the assistant general manager at the Clarion pointe hotel. She is truly a lovely person—very sweet, polite, and professional. She handled my issue with ease and efficiency, without any pushback or attitude. Instead, she was kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. You can tell she is both smart and great at what she does, because she made what could have been a frustrating situation feel simple and stress-free. I honestly have never had such an easy and smooth resolution like this before. Also, the location is excellent—very convenient to both the Biltmore Estate and downtown, which made the stay even better. Thank you again, Chelsea, for your outstanding service and kindness.

Location, value, extremely clean!

Little bit of road noise, not terrible. The breakfast offerings were average.

I do not recommend this motel, especially for senior citizens. During my stay, the staff was made the entire experience uncomfortable. What concerned me most was that a staff member handled my prescription medication without permission. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of personal boundaries. Medication should never be touched by anyone other than the guest or a licensed professional. The lack of respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy was disappointing. I would strongly advise others — especially older travelers — to choose a different place that values guest safety and privacy.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

No tv for first night and half the next day. Felt like the price was way higher than what I’ve paid before.
