Clarion Pointe Biltmore Village

I set my arrival dates but it did not update so it made the arrival date for that night. The full balance said it was $90 but my card was charged $144. They wouldn't refund it either. Then I tried again to make a reservation online and saw how the dates wouldn't change even though I changed it 8 times. Again the balance was $90 but wanted to charge my card $150. Trying to reserve a room should not have this many issues.

We were staying in Asheville to visit the Biltmore Estate. The Hotel was conveniently located within a mile of the gate. It made it easy to access the property with zero impediments.

The breakfast could have been better - not a lot of choices and the eggs weren't appetizing. There was no toast, nor biscuits to accompany the sausage and eggs, and the choice of cereals offered sugar rather than nutrition. There was no granola although the yogurts were good. The fresh apples were a tad mushy. I think a more continental breakfast of meats and cheeses would have been better along with croissants and fresh pastries.

The location was nice an quiet.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Bed was very comfy. I would stay here again.

Driving in to check in is hard. Texas Roadhouse is on the same steep little road.be patient and you get in
