Clarion Pointe Biltmore Village

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful!! The room were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! It was in the prime location for what we had planned! I will certainly stay there again if I come back to the area!

It was a very clean and comfortable room , no issues. I had to stay near work/hospital due to icy weather conditions.

I did not like having to climb up steps to the 3rd floor. I did not realize there was no elevator, or I would have requested the bottom floor due to having to lug all my luggage and items up those steps in the cold, icy temperatures.

Beds were comfy and love all the soft fluffy pillows.

I was told we could check out at noon due to the fact we worked nights at hospital during recent ice storm. And was rudely woken at 11 by housekeeping then rudely called by front desk. The lady at front desk over phone in the tone very rude "checkout was at 11" I understand that it was not communicated about the checkout but the lady at front desk didn't have to be rude about it. Also, its hard to pull out of parking lot due to the angle and the curb. Also no elevator. If your on the third floor who wants to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. If thats an issue, I'd definitely request 1st or 2nd floor.

We did a road trip through Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. This was by far the best and most comfortable hotel we stayed at. Very clean and well organized. Good breakfast. Fair price. Comfortable beds and bedding. Extremely attentive staff. We absolutely loved it.

Staff were very friendly

Shower had hair in it and the beds are like bricks. My room was above the lobby so I was up all night due to the noises. Also the tv didn't even have the basic channels so I wasn't able to watch the local news

We got notified that there was no hot water at Clarion and got routed to Country Inn and Suites (same owner) and it was excellent. The entire place was just perfect for me: reasonable, very clean, white sheets, most comfortable bed, and hot shower. We had breakfast included and it was so satisfying to have such spread of steaming hot biscuits and gravy, eggs, etc the full country breakfast with choices of cereal, waffle, 2 different kinds of yogurt, hot chocolate and the rest❤️ The front desk personnel was excellent, warm and friendly. We will be choosing this place next time we visit Asheville. It’s also very close to the Biltmore Estate and shopping, if you stay longer than overnight.
