The mattress was hard like a rock

Hotel was fine for what we needed - made the drive to FL and needed somewhere to stop. It had free breakfast which was a plus of course, having a 2 year old with us. Our room was very clean and the staff were nice. It is pet friendly which is also a bonus because our yorkie comes everywhere with us!

The place looks rundown. No tv guide, smelly, and needs updating. Caulking around tub is yellow and cracked (looks quite old). Ice machine is out of order and no tissues in room.

The rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. I was only in the room for 6 hours, long enough to sleep and keep driving. I am now fighting a sinus infection from breathing all of that in.

Luckily it was just to sleep after driving so many hours room was nasty, burn furniture, stains on floors etc... Halls smelled like weed, just nasty definitely nothing like the pho

The desk staff was friendly. The room was clean when we arrived. We stayed two nights and the made did not come in our room at all. We had left our bath towels in the bathroom floor for the maid to pick up. She did not come in at all, I had to go the desk and get clean towels. The wet towels in the floor, caused my mother to slip and ended up breaking a piece of the tiolet lid, scraping and cutting her back. I called the manager and did not apologize, he was just silent and then said he would call me back, he did not. I called wyndham and they apologized and give me reward points toward another night's stay. Obviously, it won't be at this hotel.

Property is old and run down. The propertys hyperlink for address took us to a place 1 hr away. When we finally googled address and arrived at property 1hr later 9:25 pm, it looked like the property had shutdown. Didnt feel safe at all. Towels and washcloths were so hard, you could have sanded cars with them for paint prep. Recommend spend extra$ for nicer hotel.

I felt unsafe in the unlit building , there was a large hole in the bathroom door, ice machine broken, hairdryer did not want .....I have sent a complaint, the property is being very poorly managed

Smells like smoke, hair in the sink, stains on the bed, stains in the toilet, could hear everything in the hall--couldn't wait to leave. Staff was friendly.
