Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

The room was a good size. It was clean.

The bed was a queen but felt more like a double (full) size. The shower was for handicap but with the shower head in the middle water went everywhere. The shower was extremely slippery (no nonslip strips). As to the food, the sausage was cold and we had to ask for more syrup. The selections were good cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt but the are seemed unorganized.

No price match despite multiple requests, the non smoking room had cigarette butts in the window and you could smell the smoke in the room- had to switch rooms because of bed bugs-

The staff is the only good thing ab this property

It's was dirty - stains everywhere, the bathroom wall had a piece missing. It was loud w/people coming and going all night + the ac unit was loud. The staff was welcoming a friendly but that's not a reason to come back

I was charged for 2 rooms when I only needed one. Apparently it was my fault through Booking. Com.

The staff at the counter upgraded our room at no cost when we arrived late at night.

Some of the decor and furnishings were outdated.
