Ease of access to the interstate

Room and bathroom were very dirty, sheets were torn and NO hotel security. The couple adjacent to me were fighting and slamming doors for hours (into the early morning) and no one from the front desk would respond and no hotel security to get them to stop.

Stayed here many times so what else to say. Bacon at breakfast was great. Many options including flavored waffles. Hot water was solid and didn't run out. TV was good sized so you could see it fine.

The staff was slow and ride at check in. I'm generally in no hurry but this seemed deliberately slow and rude. And the bed is soooo hard there's no give in it.

The desk person tried to make us satisfied after we found problems with our room.

Having lightbulbs in the lamps and having the lamps plugged-in would have been useful. Having a desk person be able to speak and understand English enough to converse helpfully with guests would also have been useful. The place had towels laying around outside of rooms, and in common areas, and there were several public rooms that needed to be cleaned and straightened-up.
